Pick your city, trip type and dates on the home page, choose a car and pay a small advance online. You get the driver name and car number on SMS and WhatsApp 3 hours before pickup. You can also call or WhatsApp us and our team will book it for you.

Only 25% of the fare is needed to confirm the booking. The rest can be paid to the driver in cash or UPI at the end of the trip. You can also pay the full amount online if you prefer.

Driver bhatta is the daily allowance for the driver's food and stay on outstation trips. It is shown separately in your fare. For trips that go beyond 10 PM a night charge of ₹250 applies.

Odisha state tax is included. Toll and parking are paid as actual by you or added to the final bill with receipts. For trips to Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal or Chhattisgarh, interstate permit is charged as actual.

Outstation fare is per km with a minimum of 250 km per day (300 km for Tempo Traveller). If your actual running is more than the minimum, the extra km is charged at the same rate. Km is counted from our garage to garage.

A valid driving licence (at least 1 year old), Aadhaar card and one more ID. Outstation customers need to show a return ticket or hotel booking. A refundable security deposit is collected before handover.

Within 2 working days after the car is returned and checked for damage, pending challans and fuel level. The refund goes back to the same account you paid from.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the advance paid. If the cab does not reach on time due to our fault, the full amount is refunded.

Yes. Rath Yatra week is our busiest time so please book at least 7 days early. Cars cannot enter Grand Road during the festival, so pickups in Puri happen from fixed points shared on WhatsApp.
